Are you more stressed or anxious during the Covid-19 pandemic? Do you find yourself less physically active and forgetting to take care of your health? Our new FREE series, A healthy mind + health body = healthy me, is for you! In these sessions, we aim to empower migrant domestic workers to stay strong physically and mentally, increase calmness, and nourish emotional resilience during these challenging times.
You don't have to be an expert or an athlete to join, and no special equipment is needed! Each session is designed for beginners, and will be fun introductions to a variety of new activities. Register today and encourage your friends to sign up too. All are welcome - let's grow stronger together!
