Enrich is a fast growing, dynamic charity working to promote the economic empowerment of migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong. Established in 2007, Enrich provides financial literacy, business development and empowerment education programmes that allow migrant domestic workers to take greater control of their finances and secure the future for themselves and for their families.

Position Description

Enrich is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled staff member to provide support for the Programmes team. The position reports to the Senior Programme Manager. The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in office work, preferably with experience in basic online data management, community building and in the non-profit space. Note: this role is for 12 months only and candidates are required to work at the Enrich office. Candidates may be required to work on certain Sundays, where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the Programmes team, including handling enquiries from both Indonesian and Filipino migrant domestic workers, processing enrollments and data entry for workshops.

  • Schedule and create workshop events on Enrich’s website.

  • Prepare workshop materials for all weekend workshops, process workshop kits and fees after each weekend

  • Respond to employer’s queries, over phone and email

  • Support for weekend sessions, including Welcome sessions, outreach, Lunch and Learn, where needed

  • Regularly update our Facebook pages with workshop schedules.

  • Coordinate and maintain participant files both online (CRM platform and website) and offline

  • Encoding of attendance sheets to database

  • Respond to all telephone queries to the office

  • Communicate directly with migrant domestic workers, for telephone follow ups.

  • Monitoring and purchase of office supplies, stationary, water etc.

  • Other support for the Operations team where needed.

Essential skills

  • Fast learner

  • Experience in administrative support and office management

  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office

  • Fluency in written and spoken English  Experience with a CMS system, and ideally experience in use of CRM platforms

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.


  • Fluency in spoken and written ethnic minority language (Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog) or/

  • Fluency in Cantonese


  • Monthly salary of $10,000
