Grace 在金融服務行業擁有14年的經驗，專注於市場營銷、客戶體驗、客戶洞察和產品設計，足跡遍及英國、哈薩克和香港。她在英國參加「Teach First」計劃並成為合資格的教師，並曾在倫敦的一所充滿挑戰的城市學校工作，她對教育在改變人生中所扮演的積極角色充滿熱情。Grace 在2017年初次移居香港，在尋找有意義的義工機會時，因遇到一位友師而發現了 Enrich。自籌款委員會成立以來，她一直在該委員會服務。Grace 於2023年加入 Enrich 董事會，並且是香港英商會市場傳訊委員會的副主席。

Carmen 是一位品牌、市場營銷及客戶體驗管理專家，專注於協助企業利用其獨特優勢實現卓越表現及增長。她擁有跨文化工作經驗，擅長將客戶體驗與品牌價值結合、推動收入增長、管理市場營銷資源，並以客戶為先，建立品牌、市場營銷及策略發展的平台。Carmen 是一位有兩個孩子的全職媽媽，在她的職業生涯中曾多次被外派工作，她對於外籍傭工的犧牲和願望感同身受，並感謝他們為僱主和當地經濟作出的貢獻。她在一次非牟利組織的活動中得知 Enrich 的使命後，便熱切地支持 Enrich。

Jessica Cutrera is the President of LEO Wealth, an independent global wealth advisor and multifamily office. Based in Hong Kong, she provides comprehensive wealth management and planning services. Her expertise includes tax, financial, and estate planning, and she specializes in serving global citizens and Americans living in Asia.

Prior to joining LEO Wealth, Jessica was a founding partner, responsible officer, and compliance officer at The Capital Company, an independent asset management firm formed at the beginning of 2017. Before that, she co-founded EXS Capital Asia Limited in 2008, building the firm’s wealth management practice and serving as a responsible officer and compliance officer until 2016. She and her team built a substantial asset management and financial planning practice at EXS, making it one of Asia’s first fee-only fiduciary independent wealth practices.

Before moving to Asia in 2003, Jessica worked for Charles Schwab in the U.S. Her cross-border expertise in trust and estate planning is recognized by her acceptance into the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners (STEP). She holds an MBA from Temple University in Tokyo and is an Accredited Domestic Partnership Advisor (ADPA) as well as a Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CPRS).

Willem 在金融業擁有超過18年的客戶顧問經驗，為私人及商業客戶提供企業融資、併購及私募股權交易的諮詢服務。他曾在亞洲、中東、歐洲和北美生活，擁有豐富的跨文化工作經驗。

Willem 於2020年與家人來到香港後不久，透過一位友師同事得知 Enrich 鼓舞人心的使命後，便熱衷於支持 Enrich。Willem 為 Enrich撰寫了多份研究報告，包括《數碼財智》。自2021年起，他參與了 Enrich 的理財友師師友計劃，並於2022年成為籌款委員會成員。
