Dear Supporters,

Suzanne

We are pleased to announce that after an extensive search process, our Board of Directors has selected Suzanne Gendron as our new Executive Director, effective immediately.

Suzanne brings over 20 years of experience in non-profit leadership and deeply shares our organisation’s mission and values. She has a proven track record of driving organisational growth, innovation, and community engagement. Prior to joining Enrich, Suzanne led Ocean Park Conservation Foundation (OPCFHK), Hong Kong, where she grew the Foundation from a small marine mammal research funding organisation with two employees into a force for saving Asian biodiversity through community education and research. During her time with OPCFHK, she continued to lead the animal care, education, and conservation efforts of Ocean Park, served on numerous Boards, and contributed to the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums’ Conservation Strategy and Sustainability Goals 2020 – 2030.

We would also like to announce that Tynna Mendoza, who has been Enrich’s Interim Executive Director and worked with the organisation for 12 years will be moving on from Enrich pursue a new chapter in her social impact journey.

Suzanne

On behalf of the Board we would like to take this opportunity to express our gratitude to Tynna for her outstanding service as Interim Executive Director during the past year, and for her 12 years of passionate service empowering migrant domestic workers. Under her leadership, we have achieved numerous successes, such as the recent MTR ad campaign, the financial and empowerment education curriculum enhancement, and curating a Chinese name for Enrich.

Throughout her tenure, she has been pivotal in driving the organization’s programmatic growth and innovation, programme partnerships, impact evaluation, community-building, and digital transformation. She has worked closely with various non-profit organisations, government bodies, corporates, and funding institutions, collaborating on programmes that create lasting impact not only on the migrant domestic worker community but also on their families and employers.

Tynna will remain with us through 12 November.  We wish her all the best in her future endeavors.

Suzanne is excited to join our team and is looking forward to working with our staff, board members, volunteers, funders and stakeholders to build on the foundation laid by previous leaders and drive even greater impact in our community.

Warm regards,

Carmen Lam and Grace DavisCo-chairs of the Board, Enrich HK
