You can be a changemaker! Volunteering is a great way to help the migrant domestic worker community and support financial inclusion in Hong Kong. It is also an opportunity to use your skills for a valuable cause or maybe gain work experience.

We are a busy, multicultural team and we always look for support from volunteers with a variety of skills. Our most common volunteer needs include helping during our Sunday outreach events, being a mentor at one of our mentoring sessions or introducing Enrich to new supporters.

As we aren’t always able to respond to the high-volume of volunteer emails we receive, we send out a monthly email detailing our upcoming volunteering needs. Fill out the form below to receive this email and hear about our volunteering opportunities.

Any volunteer roles we have currently available will be advertised below. Please do keep checking back for the most updated opportunities.

Sponsor Your Helper

Why Sponsor Your Helper?

Discussing finances with your helper can understandably be challenging. As an employer, it might be especially hard to know what to do if she encounters difficult financial situations in Hong Kong or with her family back home.

Financial education is a preventative measure and a solution! You can proactively ensure the well-being of your helper by supporting her through Enrich’s workshops. Among other things, you will empower her to save money, build confidence, learn how to avoid scams, and achieve her financial goals. We provide our workshops to self-funding domestic workers at a highly subsidised rate. Your sponsorship will enable us to cover the actual costs of running our workshops.
