Dedy is an experienced humanitarian and community development. His experience in working with the Non-profit sector and also in corporate settings gave him extensive experience in migration issues and women's gender equality. Before coming to Hong Kong, Dedy worked to provide assistance for the economic development of women's groups in Indonesia. Since he came to Hong Kong, he started teaching at Enrich and has volunteered for several NGO, including HELP, Pathfinder, and Peduli Kasih. During his free time, he enjoys cooking, reading, and researching social and cultural issues.

The Trainers


Christina was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. She holds a degree in Visual Communication Design and has a diverse background in graphic design and financial planning. After years in the creative industry, she transitioned to finance, where she developed a passion for empowering others through financial education. Inspired by the struggles of migrant workers in Hong Kong, Christina shares the same vision as Enrich: to provide support and share knowledge. “By sharing knowledge and offering guidance, we can help individuals build a brighter future,” she says.

Renny has worked at the Indonesian Consulate here in Hong Kong since 1990. She also freelances as a translator and teaches Bahasa Indonesia in her spare time. Having an educational background in Management, Renny is happy to share her knowledge and experiences with MDW.

Andi Rini is a mother of two and has been living in Hong Kong since 1995. She works for an airline in Hong Kong as an Inflight Service Manager and as a Learning and Development Executive. In the latter role, one of the areas of training she has been involved in is mindset. She is passionate about sharing and empowering others through communication, particularly when conducting Enrich’s Speak Up sessions. She also works as a part-time translator for the Judiciary of Hong Kong. Both roles, in the judiciary and at Enrich, enable her to connect with many Indonesian migrant workers. She hopes to inspire, influence, and impact her fellow Indonesians in Hong Kong to achieve their goals and realise their potential.

Somporn (Ping) is originally from Bangkok, Thailand. Over the past 28 years, she has experienced a variety of diverse countries and cultures on three continents having lived and worked for blue chip multinational corporations in the fields of shipping, aviation and education. Ping graduated from Thammasat University in Bangkok, receiving her Bachelor Degree (Hons) from the late King of Thailand, in 1991. She then had pursued her Information and Technology study in Colchester Institute,UK, awarded Advanced IT Practitioner Diploma with distinction. Ping is a qualified teacher, meeting all UK teaching standards and held a Post-Graduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) from University of Sunderland, UK. At the moment, she is pursuing her Master Degree in Teaching Mathematics in an International Context in the University of Hong Kong. Ping has been appointed on July 2017 to be a non-official member of the Committee on the Promotion of Racial Harmony by Home Affairs Department, the Government of Hong Kong. She is also a member of Notaries Public Disciplinary Tribunal Panel of Hong Kong Judiciary.

Pritya was born and raised in Jakarta, Indonesia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Master of Business Administration. After brief stint as a scientist, she has been working in banking for 11 years, including 6 years in Hong Kong. She was drawn to get involved with Enrich after hearing the struggles faced by migrant workers in Hong Kong. “Working with Enrich really made me realize that we can make an impact by working with and supporting people near us. Many of the migrant women workers are very young and they can write a better future if given the direction, encouragement, and opportunity to learn and improve themselves,” said Pritya.

Raul has worked in the field of Finance, Administration, Operations, Training, Language Interpretation, Sales and Marketing in various multinational companies, government and church- based organisations in Hong Kong and the Philippines. He holds a Masters degree in Business Management and is fluent in English, Tagalog and Cebuano. He is an entrepreneur, published author, bird watcher and photographer. Raul has been facilitating Enrich’s financial literacy and business development trainings since Enrich was founded in 2007.

Susan has been a trainer with Enrich since May 2017. Her goal is to be an agent of change in the lives of migrant domestic workers by empowering them to be financially literate and help them achieve their life goals. Prior to joining Enrich Susan worked as a university research assistant, a flight attendant and an inflight service trainer, and she currently works as an educational assistant at an international kindergarten. She is keen to use her experience in the service industry, research and education to benefit Enrich. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany.

Vini earned her Bachelor’s degree in English Studies from Universitas Indonesia and spent 12 years as a journalist and editor, leading projects that empowered women. She later pursued a Master’s in International Journalism Studies in Hong Kong with a Hinrich Foundation scholarship. Shifting to migration-focused work, Vini managed regional projects at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) for over four years, aiding migrant workers during COVID-19. Now working at a network of leading universities in the Pacific Rim, she remains committed to supporting migrants and serves as a trainer at Enrich to empower them through financial and personal development programs.

Jonathan has extensive international business experience in fast-paced industries, including over 20 years in multinational media companies, from operations to finance to business development and PR & Marketing. Jonathan is currently Project Director at The Centre for Entrepreneurship at the Chinese University of Hong Kong and Visiting Lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He conducts management training programs for various corporations and institutions, and also spends time as a mentor and business consultant for social enterprises and startup businesses on numerous platforms and programs.

Puteri is a dynamic professional with expertise in marketing and business development. With a passion for strategic planning, leadership, and coaching, she excels at driving growth and fostering collaboration. Backed by a strong educational background in Arts and Design, Puteri is a creative and proactive problem-solver. She thrives in fast-paced environments and is committed to delivering impactful results.

Weffy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sebelas Maret University (UNS), Indonesia. She loves art, and street photography is her creative outlet. With a background in media communication and public speaking, Weffy has a deeper understanding that skills need to be nurtured for a strong educational foundation. Through Enrich, she hopes to help others grow, empower women, and make a real impact in her community.

Des has always been passionate about working with organisations and schools that support women and children. She believes in empowering the marginalised sectors of society through education. She worked for eighteen years in their family business before she decided to focus on her teaching career. She’s a Licensed Professional Teacher in the Philippines and holds a degree in Psychology and Masters in Applied Theology with Specialization in Formative Counseling from De La Salle University. She’s a mother of two and a wife to a husband who shares the same advocacies that she has. She’s incredibly grateful to be part of Enrich.

Eeyan joined Enrich in September of 2016 as a trainer and joined the operations team as Outreach Assistant in 2018. Previously, she was part of Plan International, a non-government organization which advances children’s rights and equality for girls. She also has worked in the operations department of China Banking Corporation. In addition, Eeyan is a part-time music teacher. She has the passion to teach and wants to have an impact on the lives of the people she meets.

Medya is avid about sharing her experience and working towards the empowerment of domestic workers. Having been involved in nearly two decades, she has established firm ties with the Indonesian Community in Hong Kong, and specifically with her role as a board member of Dompet Dhuafa, an Indonesian-based NGO. She also maintains a close tie with the Consulate with her recent role in the 2019 Indonesian Overseas Election Committee. She graduated from University of Indonesia with a degree in Accounting and had a professional career in a number of multinational enterprises, before moving to Hong Kong. Through Enrich, she aims to improve the financial literacy of the domestic workers in Hong Kong.
