Lucy P. Jordan holds a Ph.D. in Social Welfare from the University of Washington-Seattle (USA) with research expertise in migration studies, capacity building in non-profit sector and development.  She is currently Associate Professor in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration and Associate Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Hong Kong.

Spanning a 30-year career in finance (25 years in HK), Lachlan has worked with global majors PwC, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, CLSA, Pine River and Schroders. He was most recently CEO of a multi-billion dollar family office. He is however an entrepreneur at heart and currently owns and manages businesses in real estate investment and financial wellness. He earned an Economics degree from UBC, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Canada). He is married with two kids, and spends as much time as possible outdoors with them hiking, biking, skiing, and camping.

Hayley is a qualified lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience in the design and implementation of development projects in several jurisdictions.

Her previous roles include Legal Associate for the United Nations World Health Organization, Director of an international consulting firm and specialist advisor to various foundations. These experiences have allowed her to work extensively in Asia, Africa, Europe and Australasia.

Hayley is a proud New Zealander from the northern tribes of Ngāti Whātua and Te Rarawa. She holds directorships in leading social impact organizations, as well as tribal entities.

Arlene Saga

Enrich Ambassador & Committee Member

Arlene Saga is an Enrich ambassador. She has worked as a domestic worker in Hong Kong since 2009, leaving her daughter at home in the care of her parents. She joined Enrich's education programmes in 2018 and graduated in 2019. She also joined Enrich's long-term mentoring programme which helped develop her skills in terms of tracking expenses and future planning. Since joining Enrich's workshops, Arlene is more confident in budgeting, has established an emergency fund and invested in property. One of her goals is to build her own house and to improve her entrepreneurship skills to run her own business in the future. Arlene is also proudly looking forward to moving back home for good to reunite with her family in 2021.

Kilian is a Client Advisor at UBS Global Wealth Management with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry in Hong Kong. Beyond office hours he plays cello and in orchestras. He has recently founded Aura Music, a not-for-profit organisation, to promote multidisciplinary education in young people through music appreciation.

Kilian was introduced to Enrich through the OSC/UBS/CUHK NGO Leadership Programme and, inspired by their lofty mission, joined the Programmes Committee in 2020. He greatly appreciates the many contributions of domestic workers in Hong Kong over the last decades, especially the ones who helped his family while he was growing up.

Josianne is the Asia Chief Digital Officer at Manulife. Over the past 2 decades, Josianne has held various roles in operations, business development, internal audit, technology, change & project management, business transformation and marketing in the financial services industry. Josianne is passionate about female empowerment and making a difference.

Josianne learned about Enrich through her network, heard Lucinda Pike speak at a conference and felt compelled to get in touch. After a brief collaboration, Josianne had the opportunity to join the board to help advise on communication and strategy.
