Kilian Chan
Kilian Chan
Committee Member

Kilian is a Client Advisor at UBS Global Wealth Management with over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry in Hong Kong. Beyond office hours he plays cello and in orchestras. He has recently founded Aura Music, a not-for-profit organisation, to promote multidisciplinary education in young people through music appreciation.

Kilian was introduced to Enrich through the OSC/UBS/CUHK NGO Leadership Programme and, inspired by their lofty mission, joined the Programmes Committee in 2020. He greatly appreciates the many contributions of domestic workers in Hong Kong over the last decades, especially the ones who helped his family while he was growing up.

Lucy P. Jordan
Lucy P. Jordan
Committee Member

Lucy P. Jordan holds a Ph.D. in Social Welfare from the University of Washington-Seattle (USA) with research expertise in migration studies, capacity building in non-profit sector and development.  She is currently Associate Professor in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration and Associate Dean of Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Hong Kong.

Tim Wiseman

Tim Wiseman is a partner at DHR Global, an international talent management consulting and recruiting firm. With more than 25 years of experience, he specialises in identifying and developing the potential of individuals, teams, and organisations. Over the course of his career, he has worked in 30 countries across six continents, consulting with people and organisations from diverse geographies and industries, including Fortune 500 companies, family-owned businesses, and non-profit organisations. While living in Hong Kong, he was humbled by the lives of the domestic worker community and is grateful to join the Enrich team. One of his favorite motivating quotes, by Maya Angelou, is: "Do the best you can until you know better. Then when you know better, do better."

Hayley Whatarau
Hayley Whatarau

Hayley is a qualified lawyer with more than 15 years’ experience in the design and implementation of development projects in several jurisdictions.

Her previous roles include Legal Associate for the United Nations World Health Organization, Director of an international consulting firm and specialist advisor to various foundations. These experiences have allowed her to work extensively in Asia, Africa, Europe and Australasia.

Hayley is a proud New Zealander from the northern tribes of Ngāti Whātua and Te Rarawa. She holds directorships in leading social impact organizations, as well as tribal entities.

Rodelia M. Pedro
Committee Member

Rodelia is a migrant domestic worker living in Hong Kong for 19 years. Originally from Antique, Philippines, she graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management.  Rodelia started serving the community at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish as a Sunday School Teacher and Help Desk committee member. For her, there is no limit in service as long as you are happy.

In 2017, she founded an online Facebook Page named Domestic Workers Corner where she and fellow group administrators help migrant domestic workers in need and refer them to Government and Non Government Organizations for assistance. 

Rodelia continues to serve the migrant domestic worker community by organizing training sessions to those caring for persons with disabilities, initiating mental health projects, promoting financial education and referring relevant individuals to legal assistance.
