This is a full-time (5-day working week), paid position that reports directly to the Development Director. The salary for this role is HKD 20,000 to HKD 24,000 per month, depending on the level of experience and competencies.

Impact of this role

We're looking for an energetic and motivated individual who can help our Development Director grow Enrich's income from Foundation, Corporate funders, and Individuals, and help with donor communications.

Key Responsibilities

Securing grants from Foundations & Corporate Funders: 

  • Identify and research funding opportunities aligned with Enrich’s mission and goals.
  • Write well-structured applications to funders in accordance with their funding focus areas and CSR objectives, identifying clearly how funding will deliver measurable project outcomes.
  • Work with programme colleagues to ensure project proposals are realistic and deliverable following best monitoring and evaluation (M&E) practice.
  • Send acknowledgement letters and receipts to funders and donors.

Monitoring and reporting to funders on progress:

  • Liaise with the programmes team to identify all information needed to report to funders.
  • Help colleagues to gather feedback, photos, evidence, and case studies/ impact stories, as required.
  • Write accurate reports for funders that demonstrate clear outcomes and impact.

Developing fundraising campaigns:

  • Lead the Individual Giving programme - includes writing and editing communications materials for Enrich's individual donors.
  • Support event coordination organised/co-organised by Enrich, including employee engagement activities with corporates, as well as Enrich’s participation in external events. 
  • Coordinate corporate volunteer sign-ups and enrollment into Enrich’s volunteer opportunities.
  • Update the funder and individual database on the CRM. 

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related major, with experience in sales, marketing, digital, or related professional area preferred.
  • Knowledge and passion for the work of Enrich.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Competent IT Skills (i.e. MS Word, MS Excel, Google Workspace).
  • Communications background, with social media and business writing experience.
  • Project management skills.
  • Basic graphic design (i.e. Canva, Adobe) and/or website content management is an advantage.  
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and high level of integrity.
  • Well-organised, a team player, and able to work independently.

Enrich is a fast-growing, dynamic charity working to promote the economic empowerment of migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong. Established in 2007,
Enrich provides financial literacy, business development, and empowerment
education programmes that allow migrant domestic workers to take greater
control of their finances and secure the future for themselves and for their
families.

Salary and benefits: HKD 20,000 to HKD 24,000 a month, depending on the level of experience and competencies. We offer 20 days of annual leave, health insurance, and a contribution to the Mandatory Provident Fund.
