A Message From Our Chair of the Board
Dear Readers,
On behalf of Enrich HK’s Board of Directors, I am pleased to announce that Tynna Mendoza, our Director of Programmes will step into the role of Interim Executive Director, following Lucinda Pike’s departure on 5 February 2025.
Tynna has been a vital part of our organization for 12 years, having started as a volunteer, to becoming a trainer, part-time Coordinator, full-time Programme Manager, Senior Programme Manager and in the last 4 years, as Director of Programmes. We are confident that with Tynna’s depth of experience, she will provide strong support and guidance to help us navigate this period of transition.
Her leadership has been pivotal in driving the organization’s programmatic growth and innovation, programme partnerships, impact evaluation, community-building and digital transformation. She has worked closely with various non-profit organizations, government bodies, corporates and funding institutions, collaborating on programmes that create lasting impact not only to the migrant domestic worker community but also to their families and employers.
As Interim Executive Director, Tynna will oversee continuity, and support our amazing team at Enrich in fulfilling our mission of empowering migrant domestic workers to transform their lives through financial education.
We look forward to working with Tynna in this role and are excited about the expertise and passion she brings to our organisation.

Enrich in 2024
As we reflect on 2024, we celebrate the milestones and achievements that have shaped our community. This year, we hosted a variety of workshops, Lunch & Learn sessions, "Ask the Expert" discussions, 1:1 support sessions, and outreach events, engaging countless participants along the way. The impact of our programmes has been profound, empowering many on their journey to financial independence.

Kickstarting 2025 with Disney Day
Sunday, 12 January, was truly magical! We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the Li Ka Shing Foundation for sponsoring 600 participants from Enrich to enjoy a day of laughter and adventure at Disneyland Hong Kong! 🏰
This event marks the second year of this wonderful initiative, celebrating not just a day of fun, but also recognizing the hard work and dedication migrant domestic workers contribute to our community every day. Thank you, Li Ka Shing Foundation, for making this day possible!
As we kick off 2025, this enchanting event sets a positive tone for the year ahead, reminding us of the joy and community spirit that fuels our mission.
Exciting Opportunity: Help Enrich Design MTR Ad!
Enrich has the opportunity to participate in the MTR community poster initiative, allowing us to display our ads across MTR stations for one week. We are seeking creative volunteers to help design an eye-catching and impactful ad that raises awareness about our mission and the work we do.
