2024 Enrich Annual Graduation
We are proud to announce the graduation of 151 migrant domestic workers (MDWs) from our 8th Enrich Annual Graduation! These remarkable individuals dedicated 28 hours to completing all five of our financial and empowerment education workshops, demonstrating exceptional dedication to enhancing their financial literacy and fostering personal growth.
A heartfelt thank you to our generous donors and funders—your support makes this transformative work possible. We also extend our gratitude to our dedicated team and trainers for their invaluable contributions. Special thanks to Dr. Lucy Jordan and her team for providing the venue at the University of Hong Kong.

As we celebrate these achievements, we invite you to read testimonials from our graduates and MDW employers, showcasing the impact of your support. Together, we can continue to empower more individuals to achieve their dreams.
Remember Sofia?
We previously shared Sofia's story back in July, a half-year after she completed our Financial Mentoring Programme. With guidance from her mentor, Myles, Sofia set out on a journey to achieve her financial goals and successfully became debt-free. We are thrilled to share that Sofia is now also an Enrich graduate, having completed our financial education and empowerment programme!
Sofia's experience reflects the transformative power of our programmes, as she shares in her own words:
Sofia's story is a testament to the resilience and determination of our graduates. We celebrate all that she has achieved in less than two years since we first met her through street outreach. Inspired by her journey, Sofia has also chosen to give back to the community by becoming an Enrich ambassador, helping to empower others to become financially capable to pursue their dreams.
Empowering Stories: The Impact of Employer Support
Employer support plays a crucial role in the success of our graduates, fostering an environment where they can thrive and apply their newfound skills. A wonderful example of this is Sonalie, who introduced her migrant domestic worker, Edilyn, to Enrich during the launch event for My Extra Special Aunty that we organized in May. After which, Edilyn immediately signed up for Enrich workshops. As Sonalie shares: "The decision to sign up was all her own, and I would love to highlight that, as she herself took this brave and empowering step". The testimonials from both Sonalie and Edilyn illustrate the positive impact of our programme from their unique perspectives:
