Enrich and HelperChoice announce new partnership

Enrich News

We are pleased to announce our exciting new partnership with HelperChoice! Read about how we're working together to promote financial literacy for domestic workers from the beginning of the employment process.

HelperChoice is a platform connecting migrant domestic workers with employers, directly online and with no intermediary. Its aim is to enable migrant domestic workers in Hong Kong to have access to the job market for free, therefore avoiding debt bondage and modern slavery. Its impact has been recognised by many organisations, including the International Labour Organisation. It is also the first online service accredited by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to process migrant domestic worker visas in Hong Kong.

Now, when hiring a domestic worker through HelperChoice, employers can also opt for a package to sponsor her for Enrich’s full 28-hour financial and empowerment education training programme!

Ensuring that domestic workers are confident and financially secure can build trust and ultimately strengthen employer-employee relationships. Through this partnership, we look forward to reaching newly arrived domestic workers with financial education from the very beginning of their time in Hong Kong, empowering them to take control of their finances as early as possible, avoid common financial traps, plan for their futures and achieve their goals for themselves and their families.

We believe in empowering partnerships, and we’re proud to embark on this new initiative with HelperChoice to promote life-changing education and tackle the debt cycle.
