Lucinda believes in empowering women through greater access to education and development opportunities. She is passionate about helping Enrich educate and equip migrant domestic workers with the financial and life skills to pursue their goals and dreams. Lucinda grew up in Hong Kong and wants to work towards making the city more inclusive. As Executive Director, Lucinda oversees and shapes strategy for programmes, operations, human resources, fundraising and communications. She also leads high-level partnerships and engagement with external stakeholders, helping to raise Enrich’s profile in Hong Kong. Previously, she was Enrich’s Deputy Executive Director and before that the Senior Programme Manager leading implementation of financial and empowerment education programs. Lucinda started off at Enrich as a volunteer and a workshop trainer. She has a Master’s degree (Distinction) in Education Management, and a background in education, research and community outreach with women and ethnic minorities in Hong Kong. She holds an Executive Education Certificate in Strategic Perspectives in Non Profit Management from Harvard Business School.
Tynna has been with Enrich since early 2013. She has received numerous trainings and scholarships on human rights and women’s issues. Under her belt is a 12-year assignment on programme planning, implementation and monitoring with the Philippine Human Rights Commission. Immersed in gender discourse, Tynna also has a Master’s Degree in Women and Development Studies from the University of the Philippines in Diliman. Her task at Enrich is to ensure impactful content and delivery of financial and empowerment education to migrant domestic workers. She is a mother to a beautiful little girl and a wife to a spouse who shares, among many things, celebration of service, family and music.
Soline joined Enrich in September 2017. Originally from France, she moved to Hong Kong in 2015 to work in the private sector in corporate social responsibility. With experience in developing community programmes and enhancing stakeholder engagement at a regional level, she decided to move into the non-profit sector to be more involved in the local community. Soline is passionate about equality, education and empowering people to achieve their personal dreams. Outside of the office, Soline has led her own drama group since 2016 and loves exploring Hong Kong’s beautiful countryside.
Zamira is a wholehearted feminist, passionate about the empowerment of women and marginalised groups, and especially the inclusion of minority voices. Prior to joining Enrich in September 2017, Zamira worked for three years at Justice Centre Hong Kong, focusing on public engagement and communications, working closely with Hong Kong’s refugee community. She has a Master’s degree in Human Rights Law from the University of Hong Kong. Off the clock, Zamira is a keen singer, an avid reader and a massive foodie.
Gwen is a Certified Public Accountant from the Philippines and came to Hong Kong initially working as a management accountant for a global garment manufacturer. She later moved overseas where her roles included being the office manager of a small London office. Enrich is her first foray working directly for a non-profit organisation, although she also brings her experience from overseeing the accounts for church groups in the UK and Hong Kong. In her spare time she pursues her passion for food - both cooking at home and eating out with friends, where she always manages to find the tastiest items on the menu.
Ira spent many years working part-time while also raising her family. When her two sons left for college, she wanted to work full-time, with a purpose to help and make a change in others. Active in her local church with her family, she has close relationships with the Indonesian domestic workers who are church members, and understands the challenges they face. When she heard about Enrich, she was excited to get involved, and she joined the Programmes Team in November 2020. As a native Bahasa Indonesia speaker, Ira is responsible for supporting the education programme, focusing on Indonesian domestic workers. Ira has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Houston, Texas. She enjoys the outdoors and loves Hong Kong's beautiful nature.
Eeyan joined Enrich in September of 2016 as a trainer and joined the operations team as Outreach Assistant in 2018. Previously, she was part of Plan International, a non-government organization which advances children’s rights and equality for girls. She also has worked in the operations department of China Banking Corporation. In addition, Eeyan is a part-time music teacher. She has the passion to teach and wants to have an impact on the lives of the people she meets.
Sumbul is from New Delhi, India and moved to Hong Kong in 2018. She has previously worked with hospitals and NGOs in the field of public health and hygiene, and she is interested in empowering marginalised and minority communities. She graduated from Delhi University with a Master’s degree in Dietetics and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in computer applications. She is passionate about learning new things, travelling and trying new challenges. Sumbul also loves to spend time with family and friends.
Having lived in Hong Kong for 6 years and observing the problems faced by migrant domestic workers, especially on the financial side, and having experience on social media publications, Agnes joined Enrich as Communications Associate in October 2019. She is also active in helping migrant domestic workers in the church with her family. She learnt English Education in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. As she is a native of Bahasa Indonesia speaker, she also helps to support the social media publications for migrant domestic workers.
