Enrich unveils its new three-year strategy

We're excited to announce our new three-year Strategic Plan for 2023-2025, anchored in our three key pillars: inform, empower and influence. 

Our strategy is based  on our vision of a world where everyone is financially capable of pursuing their dreams.  To achieve this, we provide financial literacy workshops, educational and enrichment programs, and one-on-one mentoring and financial counseling sessions to migrant domestic workers.

In our strategy document, we have outlined our Theory of Change, which defines the ultimate impact we aim to achieve, as well as the short- and long-term outcomes we believe are necessary to reach our goals.

Our updated Strategic Plan is the result of insights and information gathered from the migrant domestic worker community, our stakeholders, and partners. We would like to acknowledge the valuable advice and ideas provided by our team and board throughout the strategy formulation process.

We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Kait Sheridan and her team at Runwell Global Consulting for facilitating our internal workshops, which helped us fine-tune our Strategic Plan into its final form.

And, of course, we extend our heartfelt thanks to our program participants and the entire migrant domestic worker community in Hong Kong. It is through our efforts to support their success that we find purpose in our team, expertise, and network, and it is with them and through them that we can make a positive impact.
